What are the responsibilities and job description for the Punchlist/ Prep detail position at Titan?
Job Description:
Hiring in the Fresno/Kerman areas
Job: preparing new homes for delivery over to homeowners, includes anything from: paint touch ups, caulking, fixing all trim carpentry work such as window casings, base and crown, cabinet repairs and touch ups, drywall repair including texture matching (must be highly skilled) , some tile repair, light electrical repairs/ testing, cleaning, must know what to look for and may need to create your own punch list. Essential to have the tools, skills and ability to perform all punch items in the entire home (2500 Sq. Ft. average) in 8hrs or less.
Must have 2 (two) years PRIOR experience required in prep detail on production homes OR 2 years of high end property maintenance AND be FULLY tooled for the job to qualify
