Position Summary
As a Quality Correction Technician, you will perform high-quality post inspections, adjusting corrections, and communicating effectively with the back office on all issues and solutions. Building rapport with city inspectors to build long-lasting relationships. In addition, you may be given other assignments as directed by your supervisor or necessitated by the business needs of the Company.

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Must have a clean driving record
- Ability to travel to surrounding cities and counties
- Flexibility in using your own vehicle - (Generous reimbursement provided)
- Experience in the Solar Industry: 2 years strongly preferred
- (Customer Service experience , PV installations, PV design/Engineering, and troubleshooting)
- Experience with electrical components and 240 volt
- (Proficiency in installing all types of grid tied inverters and able to work with various ground and roof mount racking systems)
- Ability to safely handle and maintain basic hand and power tools used for installation
- Basic computer skills strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and within a collaborative team environment

Responsibilities:
- Travel to and from job sites
- Coordinate and confirm correction visits with back office and homeowners
- Inspect roofs for high quality and efficient solar installation
- Review the installation completion reports, prepare and complete installation/correction punch list items
- Ability to adjust needed general corrections during inspections
- Faciliate inspections/corrections are compliant with OSHA and CAL OSHA
- Clarify plans and specifications and collaborate with AHJ inspectors as necessary
- Take photos of junction boxes when needed
- Apply paint where needed, carefully
- Apply stickers to solar systems where needed
- Build rapport and communicate efficiently with city inspectors
- Set up and tie off ladders for the city/county inspectors
- Open electrical
- Trenching as needed
- Ground rods
- Communicate issues, determine and provide solutions to back office
- Move combiner boxes
- Monitoring
- Inspect and correct malfunctioning modules
- Ability to balance multiple duties
- In addition, you may be given other assignments as directed by your supervisor or necessitated by the business needs of the Company
Physical Demands:
- Ability to climb ladders, stairs, work on residential rooftops
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight
- Ability to work in extreme environments
Compensation: Depending on experience
Employee benefits: Eligible after 30-60 days of employment
