JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and the production floor. The Office Assistant will perform general office work, including answering phones, data entry, and basic clerical duties. Proficiency in Google and basic Microsoft Office skills are required.

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files.

- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

- Manage office and factory supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Proficiency in Google (Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail).

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required

Salary: $16-$19 / hr (depending on the skills and experience )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
