Club Manager
TITLE Boxing Club has changed lives for the past 10 years and is continuing to do so. Our clubs are bouncing back from the pandemic closure and we need a go-getter to manage this location, and/or potentially oversee a second location. This is an excellent position for an experienced GM or for an AGM looking to make the next step in their career.
Seeking a manager-level position to join our team. The Club Manager ensures all Sales, Fitness and Operations functions within the club provide the best member experience, team member environment, and contribute to the club's financial success. They recruit, hire, train and develop a diverse, high performance team and provides leadership and direction to ensure the team achieves goals in a way that reflects the company values. This position is responsible for communicating and upholding company policies, standards and delivering on our commitment to our members of a clean, friendly and well maintained club with fun and effective service offerings.
*Salary, plus uncapped commission, bonuses, health and dental insurance, PTO*
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fitness industry experience preferred
- 3-5 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees, required
- 3-5 years of sales/retail/hospitality/operations industry experience, required
- Experience supervising, directing, building and coaching teams
- Positive, upbeat attitude

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
