Administrative Support Individual seeking to enter a fast paced and rapidly growing Title Insurance Company.
Must have effective interpersonal and communication skills and be self-motivated with a high degree of personal accountability; be supportive of management decisions and corporate values, well organized and detail oriented, reliable, results driven, willing to accept additional responsibilities and establish realistic goals/objectives and strive to achieve along with the ability to multi-task, think creatively and work independently.
Job duties include:
Answering phones and fielding phone calls
Imputing and tracking title orders
Updating daily spreadsheets as orders come in
Communicating with Realtors, Attorneys and Lenders on a regular basis
Updating file information
Searching County websites for necessary information
Following up on requested documents and information
Salary commensurate upon experience – willing to train the right individual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $23.00 per hour
