Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in our Tap Room & newly renovated Sky Lounge. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using the cash register

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

- Participate in training programs to expand knowledge of beverage offerings

Experience:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred

- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations

- Experience with banquet or event bartending is a plus

- Understanding of brewing techniques and different types of beers is an asset

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Demonstrated knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques

- Proficient in using a cash register or point-of-sale system
