Director of Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and manage our company's operations. The Director of Operations will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and customer service
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships including clients, vendors, and partners
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the operations team to achieve organizational goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Implement best practices in operations management to drive continuous improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
