As a Industrial Controls and PLC tech you will Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with industrial machinery. Troubleshoot with diagnostic equipment. Read/interpret electrical schematics/ diagrams. Follow preventative maintenance schedule
We are looking for someone with at least 1 - 3 years of PLC Install and Troubleshoot Computer skills within an Industrial Production Environment.
Description
- Install and troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment/processes based on diagnostics, electrical drawings and circuit testing.
- Install, calibrate, configure and troubleshoot all plant instrumentation to include: Flow Meters (mass, mag and turbine), Pressure and Level Transmitters, Temperature (RTD, Thermocouple) Sensors and Analytical Instrumentation (pH, Conductivity).
- Wire and troubleshoot of electrical and control systems for industrial processing and packaging equipment to include: 480 volt motors and starters/VFDs with related control circuits, circuits for building electrical and lighting, electrical distribution equipment (transformers, distributions panels, switchgear).
- Industrial experience is helpful.
Schedule: 2nd / 3rd Shifts available
