The Opportunity: Contribute to The Growth of Your Career
The Senior Product Compliance Risk Analyst provides in-depth analysis and coordination for product compliance, recall management and other compliance initiatives throughout the company globally, as assigned. They will work on projects relating to compliance with state, federal or international product laws, projects impacting product safety, and the communication and training of TJX’s recall management and other compliance policies by interacting with internal merchandising, store operations, distribution services, IT, Legal and other groups. The senior analyst will also draft, maintain, and communicate guidance documents on product compliance and other issues for target audiences, and review documentation for compliance with laws and regulations. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week on-site in our Marlborough, MA offices.
What You Will Do:
- Performs analysis, organizes, and drafts work product for TJX product safety, recall management, and other compliance projects, as assigned.
- Provides analysis and support to merchants on product compliance laws, regulations, and best practices to support TJX’s food and beauty programs as well as incident and recall management.
- Supports specific business partners to remediate findings from product safety assessments.
- Provides advice on projects and processes to minimize product safety/compliance risks.
- Drafts and organizes guidance documents and communicates directly with merchants on product compliance issues.
- Regularly interfaces with associates at all levels, including leadership, in various departments throughout the company to elevate issues as needed for the maintenance and improvement of compliance programs, promote the goals of these programs, and solicit feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Partners with Buy Safe compliance team to identify potential risks and implement corrective action activities.
- Assists with daily product compliance program functions including incidence response.
- Stays current on product compliance best practices/issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For: You
- 3-4 years comparable compliance experience, product safety experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, solicit engagement, and build effective, collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners in a rapidly changing environment
- Comfortable collaborating and partnering with all levels across business functions including Merchandising, Legal, IT, Store Operations, and others
- Critical thinking skills with common sense, pragmatic mindset
- Highly organized with attention to detail, can prioritize multiple work streams concurrently
- Thrives in a fast pace, rapidly changing, deadline driven environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft 365/Office suite including Excel as well as database management tools
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

This position has a starting salary range of $80,500 to $102,700 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
