The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

The TJX Supply Chain Investigations Team is currently looking for a self-motivated full-time hourly Investigator. This position requires extensive travel with little to no advance notice, so being within an hour of a major airport is preferred (re-location available but not necessarily required). Candidate will support all TJX divisions.

• Responsible for detection, identification, investigation, and reduction of shrink/profitability exposures throughout the TJX Supply Chain.
• Focus on Supply Chain Pinch Points of Loss to Include Rail, Consolidation Locations, Carrier Yards, Vendors, Stores, and all other TJX Locations.
• Conduct targeted investigations with Rail Police to impact intermodal losses and identify fencing locations with Law Enforcement Partners.
• Initiate, conduct, and resolve complex supply chain theft/fraud investigations.
• Partner with District/Store/DC Management to build LP awareness and education regarding cargo theft.
• Interview Associates/ Vendors/ Contractors/ Carriers in accordance with Wicklander-Zulawski (WZ) and company’s standard methodologies.

Who We Are Looking For: You.

• Have an analytical, strategical, and inquisitive mindset
• Travel 75%
• Be comfortable working alone (90% of the time) and within a team dynamic
• Strong time management skills and be able to quickly flex based on business needs (travel is a must with little to no advance notice)

• Knowledge of MS Office (Work, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
• Strong written/verbal skills (Confident when talking with Executives of different levels, Law Enforcement, and outside contractors)
• Wicklander-Zulawski certification preferred
• Be able to sit for long periods of time in a car/plane/office desk in front of a computer screen, be able to climb on a ladder or into a trailer.
• Be able to analyze data and create reports with the findings.

This position has a starting pay range of $24.10 to $32.55 per hour.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
