TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Lead Procurement Compliance Analystin Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for overseeing the operational Procurement processes, ensuring our procurement processes, governance and controls are aligned to enable a well-run procure-to-pay environment across TKE.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Reviews and develops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Policies documentation by working with Procurement & Supply Management (PSM) and other cross functional teams;
Ensures procurement process controls and compliance aspects are incorporated in the process SOPs and Policy documentation.
Provides financial analytical support and manage key projects for the PSM team; Support procurement controller with financial analysis and development of reporting, dashboards, executive summaries.
Collaborate with PSM leadership to understand the requirements of the business, and support decision-making through data analytics
Support and deliver P2P compliance training programs across the organization.
Supports TKE transformation efforts through process discipline, organizational alignment, and governance
Monitor operational performance KPIs and steward continuous improvement through automation, data reporting and visibility and analytics.
Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, in large or small groups to present ideas, findings, gain alignment, resolve issues, and drive change management.
Provides process and systems related inquiries support and closing P2P process gaps through P2P processes, governance and analytical excellence
Train and mentor the organization on P2P process methodology and best practices
Demonstrates thorough understanding of Procurement and Supply Management processes, SOX compliance framework and financial acumen in P2P area
Performs other duties and projects as assigned to support efficiency of the Center of Excellence department.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred: Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration
12 years work experience managing procurement processes & systems including relevant experience supporting financial analysis
Proven experience in developing and monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and data analysis and executive level presentations on solving business problems
Knowledge of ERP – SAP / Oracle, Ariba, Jaggaer or equivalent systems
Expert Understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, financial analysis with Procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Jaggaer
Industry certifications – Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP a plus
Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Sharepoint
