Security Guard - Residential ***WEEKLY PAY

Overview:

TKC Security Services is a new and growing security providers in the New York Metro Area and is looking for self-starting, motivated, security personnel to join our team. Our security personnel works days and nights in residential properties, commercial locations, non-profit organizations to name a few. TKC Security Services employs the best candidates in the field that make the difference for our clients. We currently have immediate openings for positions in Brooklyn.

Shifts: Overnight 10:45PM - 06:45AM

Pay - $17.50 per hour

As a security officer in a residential site, your role will be to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all people who enters the building by performing a range of essential tasks.

These include but are not limited to :

• Warmly greeting both incoming and outgoing residents and visitors
• Keeping accurate records of visitors
• Answering phones and recording all service requests into BuildingLinks.
• Ensuring that all patients and vendors adhere to the proper access control guidelines.
• Your duties will also involve securing the premises and offering security assistance whenever required
• Additionally, you will be responsible for providing incident reports and other necessary documentation to both building management and TKC Security Services.
• Lastly, you will be expected to conduct regular patrols of the property.

Qualifications:

• To be considered for this position, the following will be required Valid NY State Security Guard License
• Working knowledge of BuildingLinks
• 1 years experience is preferred but not required. Be physically capable of climbing stairs and patrolling. Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be Authorized to work in the US. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write reports effectively, are essential. Positive and Customer-oriented attitude. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency will also be required. Prior Military or Law Enforcement experience is a bonus. Priority will be granted to applicants who possess flexible schedules and are available to work various times.
