What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Cleaner position at TKO StaffPros, LLC?
We're looking for commercial cleaners for our client in Cordova. Pay rate begins at $15 an hour. Must have flexible availability as the hours will vary. Previous experience preferred but not required.
Commercial Cleaner Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around residences or office buildings.
• Clean floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
• Clean restrooms, as well as emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures.
• Clean mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets.
• Detail oriented cleaning of empty apartment units, offices, and clubhouses.
• Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
• Performs additional duties as needed.
This job requires employees to work well alone and with others, able to accept criticism, able to work well under pressure, proficient, time conscious, and prompt.
Employees will be expected to be on call, reliable, timely, and flexible with their work hours.
