*Responsibilities*
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing financial documents
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Manage accounts payable by processing invoices and issuing payments
- Handle general ledger accounting tasks
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks Online and Keeper.app
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and account reconciliation
- Support with technical accounting tasks as needed
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation procedures
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
