Compensation and Benefits:
- $20 - $22 per hour gross before taxes

How it works:
- TLC contacts you with open Babysitting shifts.
- We reach out to you regarding the available shift, you take the shift/s if it works for you. (Like a Substitute Teacher)
- The job requires driving 10 to 15 miles from your location
Schedule:
- Have at least 3 to 5 full weekdays of availability (Monday through Friday)
- Most shifts are between 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm
Example shifts:
8:00 am to 6:00 pm
7:30 am to 5:30 pm
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Savvy Communicator: You're a digital communicator extraordinaire, comfortable using SMS to keep us in the loop regarding your availability.
- MUST have 2 child care references outside your family whom we can speak with
- Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher
- Driver's license & a vehicle is required
- Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
- Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this program
If Hired:
- Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
- Must have or get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification BEFORE employment
- Will complete an online Orientation to help you be the best caregiver you can be
