As an Assistant Community Manager at Park Butterfield, you will provide vital support to the Community Manager of the residential community to which they are assigned. Your overall responsibility is to ensure peak performance of the community by maintaining exceptional resident relations, effectively exploring the market to identify opportunities to secure tenants, managing the residential ledgers and delinquency and assisting with leasing efforts.
