Description
We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate location in Downtown Orlando. This job is a hybrid position working two days a week from the office, three at home. In this role, you will use your skills in sourcing, screening, and ATS technology to hire engineers, designers, and others. TLC is growing, and we need you to help us make it happen.
We are looking for a talented teammate that has at least 2 years’ experience in corporate recruiting.
Responsibilities:
The recruiter will report to the Human Resources Director and work closely with the Sr. Corporate Recruiter.
- Setting up and managing processes in Paycom, TLC's applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Reviewing and screening resumes in the ATS
- Submitting candidates to hiring managers and scheduling interviews
- Proactively sourcing candidates
- Screening candidates by phone and email
- In partnership with the Learning & Development Specialist, hire for seasonal intern positions

Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role proactively sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Administrative experience including coordination of candidates, travel arrangements, posting job opportunities, etc.
- Solid organizational, teamwork, and communication skills including the ability to interact with staff at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience staffing for engineering positions.
- Experience with Paycom’s ATS
