Key Responsibilities:
- Receive tickets/work orders
- Assess the need (see what licenses are available or initiate a PO if necessary)
- Advance the work order to the support team
- Provide overall support to the data center software managers, procurement, and license allocation & license reconciliation
- 5 years of asset management, workstation support, or other job-related work experience
- Experience with IT, desktop/software asset management, and procurement
- Must be customer oriented as this role will work very closely with internal customers
- Data center experience is a plus
- ServiceNow experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in job related field or 4 years of IT OR other job-related work experience
