Position Title : Attraction Builder

Position Summary
Reporting to the Build Crew Foreman, the Attraction Builder uses his / her ability to construct and / or install Aerial Parks, zip-lines, climbing structures, tree houses, and other installations and attractions in trees.
The primary responsibility of the Attraction Builder is to physically construct the aerial attraction using hand and power tools, rigging, and general construction knowledge.

Supervisory Responsibility
This is a non-exempt position that does not have supervisory responsibility
Work Environment
This position operates in multiple environment settings, including but not limited to a professional woodshop environment, outdoor field work environments, and / or driving vehicles for project needs.
The woodshop setting role routinely uses standard woodworking equipment such as tablesaws, bandsaws, drill presses and planers.
The outdoor field work routinely uses tools and other construction equipment in outdoor or remote areas and will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
The driving setting role routinely focuses on safely driving medium sized fleet vehicles (including but not limited to enclosed box trucks, pickup trucks, vans and cars) from one project location to another for needs of the project deliverables.
The driving role also includes safely towing trailers (including but not limited to flat deck and enclosed trailers below 10,000 lbs Gross Weight) from one project location to another for needs of the project deliverables.
In any environment, Attraction Builders are responsible for identifying work hazards and applying safety measures for the well-being of crew and following all safety state regulations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls;
reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision requirements of the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
This position requires that employees are comfortable at heights ranging from 25 -125 feet and can work from a harness, ladder, tree, or pole.
Travel
This position is required to travel on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to be traveling a minimum of 75% of the time.
Projects are nationwide in the United Sates and across the world.
