No Flatbed Experience, No Problem!

We are looking for drivers who want to be home every weekend but still reap the rewards of an over-the-road driver. Longer route options are available for drivers who wish to be out more than a week at a time.

For those who love driving but don’t like the sedentary lifestyle that often comes with trucking, flatbed is a great solution.

Pay and Benefits

• Home Weekends - our flatbed drivers typically run within a 1,200-mile radius of their home
• Drivers earn $100,000 annually (performance-based percentage pay)
• Up to $5,000 bonus with 1 year of recent Flatbed Experience
• $1,000 / week - Paid orientation and training
• Health Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription)
• Latest model Peterbilt equipment
• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

• We hire all experience levels! Are you a seasoned flatbedder? Are you an experienced van / tanker driver? No problem!
• Our Experienced Driver Orientation Program keeps you separated from newbies and is only 3-5 days long depending upon your experience level.
• If you have limited or no flatbed experience, we will allow you to ride with a Driver Trainer to learn the ropes of flatbedding.

All Orientation and time with a Driver Trainer is paid.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• 3 months of driving experience
• No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
• Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
