Basic Function: We’re looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team to help scale our maintenance and constructions services to support our growing number of projects
Coordinate Construction and Maintenance Activities to Ensure Timely and Satisfactory Project Completion
- Collaborate with construction and maintenance managers to build out project timelines
- Review and prioritize work orders and project plans so TMD Holdings staff and third-party contractors are scheduled appropriately and efficiently
- Assist with basic inventory on vehicles, and at warehouse and job sites
- Monitor field work to ensure work delivered is on time and to specifications
- Analyze project time and spend to make recommendations for increased efficiency and cost-effective procedures
Manage Relationships with Third Party Vendors
- Continually source and vet new vendors and subcontractors, maintaining positive working relationships with trusted partners
- Obtain and analyze bids for specific projects
- Provide close oversight and management of subcontractor work from bid through completion
- Conduct analysis of vendor pricing and service to ensure our partners always meet TMD Holdings’ standards
Administer Project Systems and Processes to Streamline Workflows
- Manage Project management software, providing user support and training to key stakeholders interacting with systems
- Maintain communications and disburse key information to field teams
- Coordinate individual projects and workflows through systems to ensure accuracy
Working Conditions: Primarily an office environment, with occasional visits to warehouse and job sites. Evening and weekend work is occasionally expected.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in construction and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other technical tools
- Proven track record of excellent vendor management
- Experience with BuilderTrend or similar project management software a plus
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company
