Job Summary
The MEP Deployment Manager is responsible for planning and supervising construction projects from start to finish. In this position you will organize and oversee the day-to-day construction activities to ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner, without exceeding budget, and delivering on schedule.
The MEP Deployment Manager position will require frequent travel to the associated construction site from time-to-time. This position will ensure time, scope, and schedule delivery. Scope and Cost Management are critical. The position will require strict adherence to a Change Management Process.
This is a full-time position and requires daily attendance at the company’s Plano, Texas headquarters. This position will report to the VP of Global Deployments and Customer Engagement.

Responsibilities
· Handle all aspects of MEP Deployments from planning to implementation, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing the progress of the project
· Establish and manage project timelines and provide scheduled project status and updates to Senior Leadership
· Prepare and present reports for Senior Leadership relating to the deployments. Including but not limited to CPI, SPI, Variance, and EVM.
· Coordinate, oversee, and manage all associated GCs and Subcontractors, ensuring scope, cost, and schedule management.
· Allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the efficient execution of projects
· Facilitate decision making and prioritization
· Supervise onsite personnel, including TMGcore resources, 3rd party suppliers, and subcontractors
· Maintain high standards of workmanship that comply to original plans and specifications
Required Skills and Qualifications
· 5 years experience in a PM role with Construction Management firm or General Contactor
· 5 years of direct experience overseeing and managing the installation and deployment of large-scale MEP scale-outs.
· Firm understanding of State and Local building and code requirements.
· Firm understanding of the permitting and acceptance inspection process
· Experience overseeing and managing multidisciplinary construction teams
· Strong leadership qualities and negotiation skills
· Demonstrated ability to identity project impacting critical issues and challenges, and work with team to develop and implement successful solutions
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
