At T-Mobile we are customer obsessed, and that customer obsession along with the business results it drives comes to life in our stores. The Sr Manager, Express Stores is responsible for leading a team of Retail Development Managers who influence and drive sales results and operational excellence in 3rd party or Dealer stores. These teams also ensure the T-Mobile brand and customer experience is represented in a way consistent with our standards. A successful Sr Manager will coach and develop RDMs to keep them focused on the right opportunities, help them positively influence results, build plans to deliver against stated goals, and deepen their business acumen. The Sr Manager will also establish and maintain effective relationships with Dealer management teams to influence higher level performance and the experience provided in Dealer stores. The Sr Manager reports to the Market Director, and is ultimately accountable for the sales and operational results, as well as the experience offered, in the Dealer stores in their territory.Job Responsibilities:
