• You will bring a DE&I lens to everything the team does, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of the rapidly changing business.
• You will lead the go-to-market process for established programs and launches of new offerings, including One Team Together Learning Journey (OTTLJ) and other Career & Skill development offerings.
• You will be responsible for strategic change management and communication efforts as well as establishing and maintaining collaborative, results oriented relationships with executive sponsors and partners throughout the organization.
As an expert in Career & Skill Development, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Career & Skill Development and have latitude in determining approaches to critical assignments. You will also consult on external talent trends and develop leading edge capabilities to develop and retain the best talent.
· Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing project(s).
· Defines the project goals, scope, resources and identifies roles (RACI) to execute the project.
· Develops and manages project plan including establishing budgets, timelines, milestones, source materials and necessary documents.
· Manages the end-user experience. Conceptualizes, recommends, and executes program development strategies, as well as facilitate kick offs and development sessions.
· Identifies, recommends, and manages vendor partners.
· Assigns tasks and manages deadlines, tracks, and measures progress, manages quality, mitigates risk, manages budget.
· Owns communicating project status, updates, and risk to project team.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, or related field
Work Experience:
- 4-7 years Program or Project Management
- Microsoft Office

Licenses and Certifications:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) (Preferred)
