Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the computer technician is primarily responsible for installing, upgrading, configuring, and troubleshooting computers, peripherals, and software.
Job Duties
• Install, upgrade, configure, troubleshoot, and repair computers, peripherals, and software
• Assist with installation, upgrade, and maintenance of computer network equipment and software
• Assist end-users with technology issues
• Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
