What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Associate position at TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics?
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Customer Service Associate is a front desk position that serves customers by providing program and service information, resolving conflict, and servicing problems by acting as liaison between the customer and program departments. The Customer Service Associate must be able to explain the different classes we have to offer and help customers register. This customer service associate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be multi-tasker during our busy hours.
Scheduled hours will be Monday through Friday mix of day and evening shifts, 2-3 days per week Opportunities for additional hours may occasionally be available.
Responsibilities and Preferred Skills Requirements:
- Exceeds customers’ expectations of service by providing superior customer service
- Various Administrative duties as assigned, including answering phones and greetings customers
- Take payment information and handle online registrations for sessions, birthday parties and/or open gym
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Informs customers of organization events and promotions
- Assist Customer Service Manager with tasks as needed
- Customer Service and communication (written and verbal) skills are required
- Strong computer skills as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Problem solving skills are solutions to problems with limited supervision
- Ability to work well with children
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Sitting or standing behind a desk for the entire shift.
- Assist children if they need to find their class.
