The position of a Client Support Specialist is to respond and assist in the resolution of customer concerns with exceptional customer service reflective of TNT Home Services’ values by ensuring that the first interaction with the client exceeds their expectations in terms of service quality.
Job Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is customer service and scheduling appointments from client calls and other lead sources.
- Communicates with clients to determine their needs.
- Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database regarding customer concerns.
- Back-up support of field technicians.
- Route technicians appointments effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain dispatching board to ensure maximum efficient capacity of technicians.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior call center experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and any other software used by the company.
- Service Titan experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends).
Ideal candidates will have the following customer service related skills:
- A professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Ability to handle a multiple-lined phone system...GPS system and dispatch to multiple field technicians.
- Patience and endurance to sit/stand behind a desk all day.
- Able to identify and handle the urgency of each task, and work in a high-stress position.
- Is detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer skills to include the following: Microsoft Office, Email
- Strong interpersonal skills such as, communication, problem solving, and organizational.
- Perform a variety of tasks; works under general supervision of the service manager.
- General office duties may include organizing, sorting, answering phones in a CSR role, greeting customers, etc.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
