To The Nines in beautiful Manitowish Waters is looking for an experienced Retail Manager!

This is a full-time, year-round position offering a great salary and a complete benefits package.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, both while interfacing with clients in person and on the phone.

• Oversee all retail operations and communicate with the EAU Director.

• Process bank deposits.

• Oversee schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all retail locations. Cover shifts as needed.

• Supervise retail clerks.

• Oversee the internet-order process.

• Compile weekly reports on retail sales and trends.

• Participate in EAU and community meetings and events.

• Work with Uline Corporate as needed.

• Order inventory and coordinate between the shops and storage locations both in Manitowish Waters and down at Uline in Pleasant Prairie.

• Compile product research and sourcing.

• Assist retail clerks in tracking, receiving, pricing and stocking inventory and supplies

• Attend Trade Shows.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with POS (Point of Sale) terminal.

• Flexibility in work hours and able to work weekends.

• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
