Inventory Analyst
Position Summary: The Inventory Analyst has the primary duty to ensure accurate inventory records and schedule production within TOA’s ERP system. The Inventory Analyst will perform tasks such as cycle counts, scheduling, transaction analysis, process reviews, and support training sessions in order to improve inventory management.

Qualifications Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Strong Spreadsheet skills
Qualifications Desired:
- BS in Business, or other related field
- Previous ERP/MIS Experience
- Previous Manufacturing Experience
- Previous Database Experience

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to see, hear, talk, stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, and reach with hands and arms. Upon occasion the employee is required to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: The office noise environment is moderate. Most of the time will be spent in the office. On occasion, the employee will be required to work on the plant floor to monitor progress. The plant environment noise level is loud. Although the plant is climate controlled, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. PPE consisting of a hard hat, safety glasses, ear plugs, steel toe shoes, and long sleeves are required when entering or working in the plant. Gloves must be worn when handling parts. When entering the plant, the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts, moving equipment, fumes, airborne particles, dust, vibration, weld sparks/flash, and smoke. A fire resistant (FR) jacket or shirt must be worn when entering the welding departments.
