Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new clients, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients
- Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options
- Process policy renewals and handle policy modifications
- Stay updated on industry regulations, including HIPAA compliance
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, retail sales, or outside sales
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Familiarity with benefits administration is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

Pay: $42,652.59 - $51,366.56 per year
Supplemental pay types:

- Weekends as needed
