Toby Management Group, Inc, located in Corsica, PA, is in search of a reliable individual to join our office staff. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Reconcile Bank and Credit Card Accounts
  • Complete Journal Entries
  • Process Payroll
  • Prepare Financial Statements
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Discretion in Handling Confidential Information

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and Principles of Business Accounting
  • Ability to Interact Productively with Co-Workers
  • Professional Attitude / Demeanor with the Ability to Multi-Task
  • Thoroughness and Organizational Skills
