We are a family owned Restaurant Supplier of Wholesale Produce, looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team!
Responsibilities:

- Supporting the Month End process / all bookings.
- Sales ledger posting and reconciliation.
- Supervising customer status and reporting receivable days on a weekly basis
- Maintaining and reporting an up-to-date weekly cashflow.
- Reconciling QuickBooks and bank accounts.
- Liaising with the International FC to ensure AP/AR postings are correctly reflected in our account.
- Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
- Performing POTS’ accounts payable functions including recording all invoices, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring that all invoices are processed and paid on a timely basis.
- Other Financial/Admin Tasks: Maintain sound fiscal policies, procedures & controls and perform other various accounting/financial tasks as required.
- Performing day-to-day maintenance of all general ledger functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, journal entries and bank reconciliations for monthly soft closings and the annual hard close.
Qualifications:
- Previous Bookkeeping/Administrative Experience Required, at least 5 years.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel
- Provide information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
- Work authorization.
