Requirements

THE ROLE

We are looking for energetic and engaging Waiters and Waitresses who will ensure the smooth front of house functions and create exceptional guest experiences at The O2, Greenwich.

Our Waiters and Waitresses are the gatekeepers to our entertainment concept, the party-starters who make a first impression like never seen before.

They bring the fun to every service and are the definition of what TOCA hospitality is all about.

If you think you have what it takes to create surprise and delight moments, fantastic experiences and make someone's day apply now.

We are looking for :

• Enthusiastic, friendly, dynamic and self motivated hospitality professional who wants to move their career forward
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn from senior managers in order to progress
• Provide all guests with introduction to TOCA games and demonstrate how to use the terminal in the boxes
• Provide all guests with a demonstration of the box features
• Punctual & reliable, a real team player
• Creative with the ability to learn fast and on the job
• A willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences
• A great attitude and work ethic, if you can bring this, well help with the rest
• Integrity & honesty, with a sense of pride in the work you do

Experience is helpful but not as essential as finding the right person. At TOCA Social we hire the attitude and train the individual.
