Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Pre - Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and preparing them for their educational journey. Your responsibilities will include creating a nurturing and stimulating environment, developing age-appropriate lesson plans, and fostering the social and emotional development of each child. Duties: - Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons that promote learning and development in areas such as language, math, science, and social skills - Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence - Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors - Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child - Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education - Assess student progress through observation, assessments, and evaluations - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development - Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent classroom management skills - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children Skills: - Behavior management - Physical education - Early childhood education - Educate - Early intervention - Lesson planning - Childcare - Tutoring - Preschool - Classroom management If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children and have the qualifications and skills required for this position, we encourage you to apply.
