Clinical Applications Success Manager

We are growing and in search of an Clinical Applications Success Manager to join our team!

Our Company currently operates 15 women’s healthcare private practices across MI, IL, AL, MS, and CO and is a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners. Reporting directly to the Director of Clinical Technology, the Clinical Applications Success Manager is part of a team responsible for the full implementation lifecycle, support, and successful use of clinical applications.

Responsibilities

This is an individual contibuitor role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.

Participates and collaborates on the implementation lifecycle (discovery, design, building, testing, deployment, and post go-live support) of enterprise-wide clinical applications under the direction of clinical technology team leadership.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of workflows to support organizational initiatives.
• Provides operational support post implementations.
• Tracks issues and manages change requests, excalting when needed.
• Supports on-site implementation, during go-live, as needed.
• Facilitates and leads onboarding and training sessions, as needed.

Lead continuous improvement of clinical application use and workflow.

• Identifies inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops and maintains content specific, competency-based training guides.
• Collaborates on development of organizational best practices for specific applications.
• Translates clinical and technical requirements into application workflows, processes, and solutions.
• Identifies issues and resolution paths using root cause analysis.
• Supports application testing and end-user acceptance testing, as needed.

This position requires travel, up to 25%, to MI, IL, AL, MS and CO

Qualifications

Position Qualifications:

Qualifications of the successful candidate will include:

• 3 years experience in a clinical capacity, healthcare operations or healthcare informatics.
• 3 years experience with EMR/EHR software – Must have Athena Health EMR experience.
• 2 years experience with EMR implementations or conversions
• 2 years experience providing one-on-one and group training in a clinical environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree (four-year college or technical school) in Health Informatics, Health Information Management, Nursing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other clinical or technical discipline, or equivalent experience desired.

Compensation:

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience and will include an attractive base salary and performance-based bonus (dependent on experience). We offer an attractive comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits (with match).
