Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents. Documentation Skills. Process and enter new/existing invoices / Ad hoc requests and inquiries Collaborate with various internal and external entities to communicate Invoice/billing status and discrepancies Creation, approval and distribution of invoice vouchers Proper coding of accounts with any discrepancies. Organize and file all reports and documents timely and accurately.Assisting with minor plant need scheduling such as trash/dumpster delivery/pickup, including filing out waste manifests and coordinating with vendors for schedule.Assistance with ISO record keeping for up-to-date documentation.Other duties as assigned by supervisorHigh School Diploma or Equivalent 1-4 years of direct purchasing experienceIntermediate level written and verbal communication skills especially with respect to negotiation of contractsEntry level expertise evaluating, reviewing and managing contract including terms and conditions
