Job Description

TOLL is looking for an Export Agent Ocean & Air to join the Grapevine, TX Global Forwarding Team! Toll offers its employees competitive pay and excellent benefits!

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Handle day to day operations pertaining to Ocean/Air Export and liaison with Customer Service Department

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle day to day operations, for both Ocean/Air Exports
• Update/KPI/Data Compliance/invoicing, auto-rating requirements.
• Track and trace export ocean/air cargo from departure to arrival
• Data entry, status reports, monitors shipment status.
• Maintain Job Management WIP/ACRL
• TSA security process
• Review documentation to ensure complete and compliant.
• Coordinate cargo movement with Ocean/Air Carriers, and trucking companies
• Receive/Review documents, Bills of Lading, MAWB,HAWB
• Communicate daily with vendors, carriers, various service providers
• Invoicing and cost confirmations for proper Job Management
• Potential cross-trade with other departments for experience growth

Qualifications

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

Technical

• Ability to multitask and high level of organization skills
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with personnel, co-workers, business professionals, and the general public.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Cargowise/EDI preferred
• DG Certified a plus

Experience

• Preferred 1-3 years relevant experience in Air/Ocean International Trade
• High school diploma or equivalency
