$20,000 base plus commission
Job description
Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality person to join our Sales team! This position is for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys business to consumer sales and providing excellent customer service. This position works a rotating, preset schedule with a goal to pursue all qualified leads during your shift. This position will be provided a take-home vehicle, paid for uniforms, free training, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. This position has a six-figure earning potential based on performance.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
Requirements:
- Must have flexible work hours.
- Customer service oriented.
- Energetic, positive, and initiative taking.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications.
- Excellent listening, organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Must be willing to jump in and get hands dirty.
Job Type: Full-time Hours are Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
