Join the growing team at Tom Gibbs Chevrolet as a service advisor. We have an extremely busy shop with a planned 8 bay expansion over the next year. Tremendous opportunity to grow within the company. The service advisor role will be responsible for meet/greet with customer in the service drive, understand and document customer service concerns, dispatch work to our technicians, and communicate with customers on work performed and payment collection.
All applicants for this position must have prior service drive experience, and experience at General Motors is a plus. We are hiring for an immediate opening!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
