Service Porter

Job Description Summary

The service porter is essential to the flow and operation of the service drive. Greeting guest, cleaning and parking vehicles. Being a warm and inviting personality to Tom Roush Lincoln guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on service drive when advisor is unable to
• Perform courtesy vehicle check in process when guests return courtesy vehicles
• Assist Advisors on active delivery including CSI word tracks.
• Assist advisors with estimates, and paperwork as needed
• Keep service lane neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by service manager and dealership procedure.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Shuttle guests as needed.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles as needed.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality eagerness to improve.
• Professional attitude and the ability to deliver 5-star customer service.
• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a background check.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Adhere to personal appearance and dress code as stated in the employee handbook.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
