Ecommerce Personal Shopper

Tom Thumb is looking for a Part-Time Personal Shopper to join our team in our Fort Worth, TX Store!

As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for providing customers with the highest level of service by attending to the needs of each customer based on their preferences and recommendations. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the store and assisting with general store maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well with others, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can learn quickly and provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest level of organization and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1 year of retail sales experience (Preferred)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to use basic computer skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays when needed
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods of time, walk, bend, kneel and climb stairs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter and serve them during their visit to Fort Worth, TX. Provide accurate information about products and services using the company's sales system. Maintain inventory by placing merchandise on shelves, cleaning displays, and preparing sample menus. Maintain the appearance of the store by changing light bulbs, cleaning mirrors, dusting furniture polish etc. by following instructions from supervisors. Complete store reports by providing useful information about customers' purchases and comments.
• Maintain contact with existing customers by answering calls, returning mail etc., making contacts through various phone systems. Process orders from production staff as directed by supervisors. Prepare orders for delivery by following instructions from production staff. Assist in processing customer returns when they leave using the company's sales system. Keep track of stock levels in the store by following up with production staff when necessary. Prepare invoices for collection by following up with production staff when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned
