We are constantly on a mission to add smart, innovative, and proactive team members and are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Associate to join our team.
Reporting to the Fulfillment Operations Manager, the E-Commerce Operations Associate will be the point of contact on the Operations team for all direct to consumer fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that has prior experience with E-Commerce fulfillment, specializing in marketplaces. This position will be a key player in Tommy John's growing direct to consumer business strategy and success.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day activities for direct to consumer fulfillment operations
- Serve as point of contact for Operations Manager
- Troubleshoot variety of issues related to marketplace fulfillment, identify root causes and help implement scalable solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketplace strategy and ability to execute go forward plan
- Monitor open orders from all E-Comm channels and ensure 3PL SLAs are being met
- Assist in onboarding new direct to consumer fulfillment channel partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred) or 7 years of work experience in lieu of degree
- Prior experience with Amazon Seller Central / Marketplaces
- Prior experience with Netsuite and EDI
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Data visualization programs, a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
