As a Team Member with Tommy’s Express Car Wash, you can expect the following when coming to work with us:
- Pay increases in Hourly Wage & Bonus Program for excellent performance – performance is evaluated and pay can increase as well as earn the ability to become eligible for a bonus program of which both are based on positive performance

- Up to 40 hours of work per week – we are open 7 days a week - shift hours can range between 4 to 9 hours per day during the hours of 7 am - 8 pm, including weekend & holiday hours
