You will be responsible for customer service (commissioning, operation, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, training, and repair) of our recycling sorters located at our customers' facilities in France.This position is ideal for the aspiring adventurer, as there will be lots of travel, mainly domestic across France, although international travel is also possible.You will receive all the necessary training at our training center in Germany, as well as practical application in the field.Job DescriptionInstallation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of sensor-based sorters at TOMRA Recycling installation bases;Ensuring maximum performance of TOMRA sorting systems in the field;Delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-class communication and support;Optimizing of the sorting systems / process;Identifying opportunities to add value to our customers businesses through the introduction of complementary TOMRA products, solutions and services;Acting as a link between our customers and Head Quarters – collecting and providing feedback from the market so that we can continuously look for new opportunities for our customers.QualificationsTechnical training at BAC 2 level (Electronics / Electro-technical / Automation / Industrial maintenance or similar); OR..Relevant experience in on-site preventive and curative maintenance by supporting industry customers as a maintenance technician/specialist or service engineer;Willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time, in France (with occasional international travels);You have a valid car license;You have a solid technical foundation, particularly in electricity (reading electrical diagrams and plans, API/PLC electrical automation);You are at ease with computer programs / PC configuration;You are fluent in French and English languages;Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, internal and external associates, and management.Additional InformationWill be made available to you: a company car, a laptop, a telephone, as well as the necessary tools and PPE (personal protective equipment).We offer:Permanent contract (CDI) with attractive remuneration;Innovative and fast-growing company, strong emphasis on a positive intercultural environment and diversity culture;International working environment, a great company spirit and an open feedback cultureProfessional and personal development: learning on the job, specialized course, conferences etc.;Norwegian corporate culture (no hierarchical thinking, transparent communication culture);Teamwork is not something to be forgotten - you will have the opportunity to work with highly qualified colleagues and to learn from each other.Interested?We look forward to hearing from you!
