Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Rio Linda, CA for a Tax Preparer at Tonia Silva, Bookkeeper & Tax Preparer, Inc.
As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses. You will ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and provide accurate and timely tax advice.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures
- Minimum of 5 years experience in tax preparation for individuals, business knowledge a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred knowledge of Drake Tax, but not a must
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications or licenses (CTEC, EA) are a plus
