Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the establishment, including kitchen management, catering, food service management, bartending, and coffee preparation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and develop staff members to provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items or promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in supervising and training staff members
