Meat Cutter

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Meat Cutter to join our team. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and packaging various types of meat products. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of food safety practices. Duties: - Use knives and other cutting tools to portion and prepare meat products according to customer specifications - Trim excess fat, skin, or bones from meat cuts - Package and label meat products for display or storage - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cutting area - Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of meat products - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and answering any questions they may have Experience: - Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in a kitchen, restaurant, or food production setting - Strong knowledge of different cuts of meat and their uses - Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent knife skills and the ability to handle sharp objects safely If you have a passion for working with meat, possess exceptional cutting skills, and are committed to providing high-quality products, we would love to hear from you.
