Overview: The Lead Countertop Installer role is to work on a job site each day installing countertops while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring quality work for all customers.

Essential Duties:

• Demonstrates Top Advantage Values of Attitude, Customer Service, Teamwork, Quality, and Accountability.
• Customer Service
• Respect and treat ALL customers and end-users with the highest respect and courtesy, making them feel like they are our only customer.
• Working with and helping answer questions for our customers and their customers (contractors, builders, homeowners, etc.) while working on a jobsite.
• Provide exceptional direct customer service contact before and after installation completion to assure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Follow established SOP’s and job site safety regulations to ensure and maintain a safe, clean, working environment.
• Works with all countertop product offerings with the understanding of how tops go together and are installed on site.
• Plan for and execute installation of countertops with proper use of tools; loading and unloading of trucks, cutting backsplash, mounting sinks, drilling holes, setting seams, and applying caulk to installed surfaces.
• Have a can-do attitude and be able to troubleshoot on the jobsite to ensure quality work is provided on each job.
• Document daily activities and complete paperwork for each job.
• Make sure the assigned company vehicle is maintained and kept clean, keeping inventory of tools to ensure efficiency and productivity when on job sites.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Warehouse organization.
• Prepping jobs as needed.
• Assisting in fabrication shop as needed.

Job Particulars

• Full time hours
• Start at 7am - Typically Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday.
• Average hours per week 45-50 hours

Education, Experience, and Skills

• Clean driving record to be able to drive our box trucks to and from job sites
• Good communication and people skills.
• General carpentry skills.
