TopDoc Clinics Miami is looking for a board- certified Dermatologist to provide physician services Monday through Friday for Medical Spa and Ambulatory Surgical Center located in the Four Seasons Hotel Building on Brickell Avenue.
Practice Summary Includes:
Medical Dermatology Services_ Diagnose skin problems, from mild ones (e.g. sunburn) to severe ones (e.g. skin cancer). Conduct screenings and skin evaluations and analyze the patients’ medical history to determine appropriate treatments. Oversee how effective the treatments are and refer patients to different specialists if needed.
Aesthetic Dermatology Services _ Provide consultation and advisory on available skin services ranging from radiofrequency skin tightening to laser hair removal. Perform aesthetic services using the latest technological instruments and devices to meet all skin type needs. Promote holistic skin care regimen to support the beautification goals of patients from inside out.
Dermatologist duties include:
- Diagnosing skin ailments and evaluate patients’ skin condition
- Advising on treatments and prescribing medication
- Conducting non-invasive surgical procedures
- Assess and update patients’ medical history
- Keep a record of patients’ symptoms
- Analyze all information regarding skin health conditions
- Inform patients about available treatments
- Monitor the effectiveness of skin treatments
- Conduct non-intrusive medical surgeries
- Educate patients on preventive skin care
- Refer patients to other specialists if needed
- Attend conferences and seminars to learn about new medical techniques and topics
Evaluating the patients’ skin health condition and analyzing their medical history will comprise your primary day-to-day dermatologist responsibilities. You’ll examine patients and determine dermatological treatments (e.g. medication, non-invasive surgeries). You’ll also monitor and report on treatment progress and refer patients to other specialists if needed.
For this role, it’s important that you have previous experience working as a dermatologist without supervision (including using dermatological tools like dermal punch, lancet extractors as well as tools such as Sciton laser and Inmode RF platforms). You also need a valid Florida state medical license.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dermatologist, board certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of various dermatological methods
- Ability to analyze complex information
- Active communication skills and the ability to effectively explain medical terms to patients

- Strong attention to detail
- A national medical license
- A degree in Medical Science
- Residency in Dermatology

Pay: $100,650.00 - $308,363.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are screened for COVID prior to admittance. Staff are required to wear masks and practice CDC recommended guidelines for hand sanitization. Exam and treatment rooms are cleaned on regularly scheduled basis.
