SUMMARY

Dispatcher will ensure all requests, inquiries, problems from sales or the customer are directly scheduled for all pressure washing, sweeping, scrubbing, of property maintenance jobs by performing the following duties. Specifically, this position will be the bridge between Sales and the field crews to ensure that all jobs are completed timely and efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Maintains frequent communication with sales staff and gathers information to ensure the the schedule is built properly in the scheduling software, Frequency Spreadsheet, QuickBooks and other software programs accurately.

· Update customer information in scheduling software to ensure accuracy and completeness for field crew

· Makes phone calls to existing customers to schedule work ahead of arrival of field crews for members of the sales team.

· Assists qualifying customers by gauging interest level, time frame, needs, etc., and directs leads to proper channels based on market and region.

· Creates, maintains, and improves company relationships with customers through regular communication with customers in written and verbal formats

· Act as liaison between the sales team and field staff to ensure customer needs are being met, in terms of scheduling, service requests, and other job specific information.

· Creates and communicates field crew work schedule for the following day in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures that all scheduled jobs are assigned to specific crew members. Assigns trucks and other equipment to crew to ensure crew is equipped to complete jobs.

· Stays in communication with the crews throughout the day and makes real time scheduling decisions based on feedback from the crews and conditions in the field.

· Validates when jobs are complete and communicates job status to accounting for invoicing.

· Maintains accurate jobsite information on all accounts within the scheduling system and follows up with these customers and leads on a timely and regular basis as directed by Sales Team in the CRM system.

· Maintains and nurtures good working relationships among all members of the company.

OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

· Helps drive new sales through verbal communication with customers.

· Ensures that the relationships the company has with existing and potential new accounts are maintained by anticipating the customer’s needs, resolving concerns and complaints, and by providing appropriate technical support.
